TGC 4-H Star Award Application

Please find the applications for the Star Awards process below. Each age division has its own specific requirements, so please ensure you review them carefully before applying.

Star Award Applications MUST be uploaded below, no emailed or paper copies will be accepted.

Should you have issues with uploading, please get with the Extension Office as soon as possible.

Bronze Award (3rd -5th Grade): PDF – Word Doc

Silver Award (6th – 8th Grade): PDF – Word Doc

Gold Star/I Dare You (9th – 12th): PDF – Word Doc

Deadline: May 31st at 5:00 PM

No star award applications will be accepted after the deadline passes.
